Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Lyceum Academy collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.

Information we collect
When you apply, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you share with us — such as your name, email address, the course you’re interested in and your message. When you enroll, we also store payment confirmations from our payment provider, but never your full card details.
How we use your information
We use your information to review applications, deliver courses, send important updates about your cohort and reply to your questions. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll send occasional emails about learning and new courses. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site secure. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing your information
We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run Lyceum Academy — for example, our email, video and payment providers — and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep application and enrollment records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within 30 days.
