Terms of Service
These terms set out the agreement between you and Lyceum Academy when you use our website, apply for a course or join a cohort. Please read them carefully.

Using our website
You may browse our website for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t misuse the site, try to access it in unauthorized ways or copy our content for redistribution.
Applications and enrollment
Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee a place. Your place is confirmed once you’ve accepted our offer and paid the first installment or the full tuition. We may decline applications at our discretion.
Fees and payment plans
Tuition is shown on our Pricing page and course pages. You can pay in full or in three monthly installments at no extra cost. If an installment fails, we’ll contact you before pausing access.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before your cohort starts. After that, we’ll offer a one-time transfer to a later cohort instead of a refund. If we cancel a course, you’ll receive a full refund.
Course materials
Course materials are for your personal learning. You keep access to them after your course ends, but please don’t share or resell them. The work you create during the course belongs to you.
Community guidelines
Our cohorts work because people treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from a course without a refund.
Liability
We work hard to provide excellent courses, but we can’t guarantee specific career outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant course.
